I'm jailbroken on iOS 9.0.2 and I was wondering if there was an alternative to bigify that's compatible with iOS 9

Depends what your trying to do within Bigify. If you're wanting to change icon size you can do it with Springtomize 3 for iOS 9 which will be released soon.
