I need a good PC that is up to date and im able to stream, render, record and play a bit of games on.

I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse
What does overclock mean ?
and probably will play some FPS shooters, and scary games that are coming up

It is, but you wont fit it in your budget. The i5 will still perform fairly well white streaming.
