Okay, so, there has recently been some posts over opinions, like for example, Top 3 Games.
So, if you look there, you can see this person downvoting EVERYTHING that is Call of Duty, and GTA V.
It is very annoying as I am trying to get my ratio from upvotes to downvotes better, as I get downvoted alot, but this person does not stop... I mean, on posts where it is someones opinion, just because you don't like their post, doesn't mean you HAVE too.
And then this person decides to go to my posts and downvote EVERY post I have. I come on today to have

(I had about 190 downvotes before this guy did this)
It is just very freaking annoying.
Yes, I know it is okay to just disagree, but it is an opinion.
And this dude isn't even looking at my posts.

At the end of the day, it's all about how you feel about yourself. IF you know you post good content, then don't worry about it. No number can determine who you are as a user and/or person.

It's a number on a tech forum. It really shouldn't bother you so much that someone is clicking on a red arrow on your posts.

You can see another user's upvotes and downvotes on their profile.
@OP: Downvoting is the lazy man's disagreement. It shows that they care about the topic enough to say 'I disagree' but don't care enough to try and change your mind about it.
Those people don't matter, so you shouldn't care.

Anyway, who really cares about the ratio... especially when rep is love, rep is lyfe.
