No the account is banned from connecting to a main sever basically kind of

The only way to unban is to wait the time
Or possibly lie to Microsoft which I don't recommended


And no an rgh or a jtag wouldn't even be able to login into a banned account sorry

If you can prove you're innocent, you can appeal the ban.
