I am wanting to build my first Gaming PC, i have a budget of about £600-£700. i want to be able to play most games at a good frame rate and quality. As well as be able to edit videos and photoshop etc.
i will need, keyboard, mouse, monitor and os also. The only problem is i don't know what are the best components, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, and if possible could you state what sort of performance/benchmarks i would get for most games?

That's in Euros not GPB and is not worth it for the given budget.

Will handle most games fine on good settings. You'll want to get a SSD in there ASAP. Can add another 380 in XFire in the future but you will need to upgrade the PSU as well. Includes a nice 1080p panel. Get the OS the free way or get a cheap key from G2A.
