I would say the prices are like 700-2500$ for Dragon Lores depending on the condition.
The only time a dragon lore breaks $1500 is when it's Souvenir. A FN Dragon Lore is worth around $1500. A FN Souvenir is worth around $10,000.
What currency are you using? I'm using CAD which is probably why.

Your price range is absolutely incorrect. FN DLore is well over 2k bs is over 600 easily

Just to clear up the Lore debate: FT Dragon Lores are priced at a minimum of around 750USD. FN sells for around 1500-2000$ depending on the float. Souvenir Dragon Lore is much more than 10k especially the newer ones which are player signed.

I heard someone say that when someone unboxes a kennyS souvenir DLore it could go for $15k+

That's not true, FN Dragon Lores frequently go above 1500
