Best to look for popular players who are often in packs mate. Such as lower rated players from BPL, Serie A and BBVA. Should be plenty being listed so shouldn't be too hard to pick some up.

I don't think people will tell you as it may affect their trading but it's easy to find your own just spend 5-10 minutes looking at the market for popular players that are lower rated as these are packed more
