Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix? Tried restarting etc

Edit: Keep hard resetting, it will work eventually.

TRUST ME I AM ****** OFF THERE SERVICE IS SO FUC**** **** I HAVE BEEN LIVE CHATTING ALL DAY AND APPARENTLY THERE BEST ENGINEERS ARE ON THE CASE IT HASN'T BEEN WORKING SINCE 12:00AM THIS MORNING HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX!!!!

Yeah guys if you still have the problem keep hard resetting, had to do it a few times but it worked fine after that.

Try downloading the update and putting it on a usb. Might work that way

You must unplug the Xbox and redo the update it worked for me.
