So i bought 2200 fifa points today, and the first time i tried an error message come up saying it failed, so i done it again and it worked, i have just checked my bank and it has charged me twice after telling me the first one failed.

Does this mean i have only been charged for one of them and not both and the other 14.39 will go back in to my bank?

Contact EA and ask them what will be the outcome of this or if that does not work contact your credit card company and tell them how one of those purchases never went through and you did not receive your product.
