I went to the xbox video (now movies and tv) app to watch a movie from my collection but all of them are gone except 1! I had 12.I looked up the movie and it's not even showing up!

Could you have bought them on 360, and trying to access on the One? I have that same issue if thats the case. But if its bought on the One and used on the One, or bought on 360, and trying to use it on 360, then contact support
