Yes I just chatted with a rep from EA. Was pretty helpful and pointed me to a forum on their website that hundreds of other people had posted to with the same problem. I don't have any hope that I will get the stuff back because it would be difficult to figure out everyone's old stats and give them back. But at least I'm not the only one with the issue. Thanks for the help though!

InB4 people saying it was from doing the unlock all pro clubs glitch, I did the glitch and have not been reset, so it is not that
