Can anyone tell me if there are any ways to reduce my time in a bad sport lobby

I dont think there is anymore you will just have to play in the Bad Sport lobby, But you shouldent of got into it in the first place.

There used to be a glitch to get out of it but it doesnt work anymore and i dont know a working one as of now.

Unless you get a modder to go onto your account and clear your bad sport and all reports, I would but i cannot update my RGH until i get a new Pc/Laptop
