It won't let me sign in to my account on xbox? Idk why. It comes up with this security thing, which asks for my email and my password, then it says the "remember password part", then just comes up with an error message? The email and password is correct.

1. You most likely have a corrupted or unfinished download, go and delete that, restart your Xbox, and it should work.

2. Delete your Xbox account off your Xbox 360 and redownload.

Clear cache 5 times (yes 5, it makes a difference, I don't know why, support has told me this multiple times).
Download the profile.

If that fails, wait it out, because that means it is an issue on their end.
