This is not a modded race. It's the outcome of a glitch that used to be. You would gain as many people and everyone would bet on themselves $10k and how every many people there were, it would get multiplied by how much you bet. Say you got 7 people and they all bet $10k on themselves.. at the end of the race everyone would get $70k. I don't believe this works anymore.
