So my budget was 800 but now it is 500 :/ speeding tickets .
So I need a gaming pc that has 8 gigs ram and able to run DayZ Stand alone and the mod and WaW Zombies. And Arma 3 maybe..

It's a little over budget. Grab a 260x if you need to spend a little less, or grab a GTX 950 if you can spend a bit more.

860k is decent for gaming but doesn't compare to the i5 in many other tasks.
Since the 860k is significantly cheaper than the i5, it allows you to get an R9 380 within budget. The 860k rig will undoubtedly perform better in GPU heavy games and tasks. It also has XFire support so you can easily add a 2nd 380 at any point.
With either rig, you'll want to add an SSD asap, and probably an aftermarket cooler, even a fairly budget cooler, just to help noise, aesthetics, and reduce your temps a little.
