So about 2 weeks ago this guy purchased some cod modded services from me and now after everything was done he filed a dispute for his money back on PayPal. I saw it gave me an option to upload files, so should I upload our conversations from skype ? Will it help at all ? My account is negative now so would I just be able to make a new account and be back to normal ?

*UPDATE*
Ok so after waiting 3 weeks for paypal to choose a side, I decided to email them to see what was going on and why it was taking so long. Not even 24 hours later they emailed me back saying that they checked the pictures and they didn't find any evidence of an unauthorized payment so they gave me the money back ! So for anyone that ever goes through a dispute on paypal as long as you upload proof you should win even if they buyer claimed it as an unauthorized payment, so go against it

If he sent the money as friends or family you should be able to keep the money.

Don't make another paypal lol they will know its you when you sign up just a tip thus if you do that will lead to problems.

He sent 2 payments of $10 so $20 total and both payments were sent as family and friends but he got the money back, how ?
And there are already 4 people in my household with paypals and none of us have any problems so will It matter if I make another one ?
