The Points System.
My Trickshot lobby comes with a points system, everyone in the lobby has their own profile that collates points over time. For each shot you hit you gain points, for raging a shot you get minus points, too many minus points and you get removed, good positive points gets you up the list to join further games within the lobbies lifetime.
