r8 is a newly formed competitive league play team. I started r8 to build a team of competitive players that are sick of of playing solo and having randoms in their team. I want members of r8 to become mates and regularly play together, whether its a 3-man or a 4-man team. We plan to take over the league play scene and dominate until every other team/player will know the r8 name.
(Hopefully they don't break) In r8 I will be the leader although there will be no one with more authority than the other everyone will get a say in team decisions, e.g. What we need to work on etc. .So now you've got an idea of what r8 is about.

Requirments:
Must have a mic/headset.
Must speak fluent English.
Have a history of league play.
Have a vast array of league play knowledge.
Be willing to work as a team.
Must attend team training.
GT format: r8 Name (Name does not need to be changed within the first week or so, you will get to decide when you feel if the team is going places or not)
Aged 16+
NEVER rage quit!! (Can't stand that)

Platinum/Masters division, or division history.


Plans for r8:
I have not yet looked into starting a GB team for r8 as i want to get the first team members selected. I am also debating whether or not to start making a youtube channel for the team, and post some of our games/clips on there weekly. (Well discuss this as a team)
