Im having issues with getting on xbox live, i already have an account connected to xbox live and every time i go to connect to xbox live this thing pops up and says 'terms and conditions have changed' but when i go to accept it it says i need to put my parents email address and password in ( i've had this account since i was like 10) but the problem is i cannot remember the password, i have tried clicking on 'forgot password' but it still hasn't worked so does anybody know a solution or know how to change email addresses so i can play xbox live again

There's nothing you can do. However contact xbox support via live chat and they can fix this for you.

You tried re downloading it and clearing cache? If you do that then go onto storage and system items, delete all of them apart from 'media player optional' (sommet on those lines) then go to network, restore to factory defaults then download your profile? This is the only thing I'd try doing if it doesn't help contact XS
