I heard that they fixed it on the playstation beta last week but i dont know if they fixed it for the xbox one.

The sniper sensitivity is the same when scoping in. In previous cod's it was much lower. This is an issue for quickscopers

No they haven't fixed it yet I just tried it out they will probably do it when the game releases

I don't think that they plan on fixing it. Treyarch has been trying to remove quickscoping from there games since Black Ops 1.
