Yeah, it most likely has to do with nat issues. I've had the same issue before with one of my friends before and it's really annoying. If your nat type or their nat type happens to say strict then that's probably the issue. The only way I know of to fix it myself is to reset your router and if that doesn't work then just try looking it up like on google or something.

So I checked it, in the beta it says my nat is strict. When I go to the xbox one settings it says it's open. How could I fix this?
