The creators leaked the secret to ranking up in zombies and it says something along the lines of 'downs on lower rounds will effect you' I ain't saying that's what it says persifically, so it's all about your rounds to downs. Downs on a low round will effect you more in the long run so try not to get stupid downs on the lower rounds

Basically, you need to get a higher KD. There's a guy on YouTube called "EverythingPiff" and he made loads of ranking up tutorials. The rounds to downs is somewhat true, meaning that on a low round you're not going to have a lot of kills so your KD will be worse whereas if someone went down on say, round 70, they're gonna have about 9,000 - 10,000 kills and it won't really affect them.
Just look for "EverythingPiff ranking system" on YouTube and watch his videos.

The Ranking system has changed it used to be about you "KD" but know it relies on your rounds, but Your KD does play a small part in the Ranking system aswell.

Example: you got to round 15 & only had 250 kill and no downs, this will not rank you up. To get knifes your "KD" Must be inbetween 83.5-88.0 But you won't get knifes in till you have gotten to a decent round preferably above round 30+.

My "KD" Was 85.6 but i didn't have knifes so i played a solo game on zombies and got to round 45 Them after the game ended i had 87.1 KD, but the high round basically activates your rank depending on what round you get too <3
