will putting my xbox offline make the game download faster. So it will download the game first then do the update when i go back online?

Im pretty sure it will just stop the download buddy.

Your best bet it just to keep turning your console off and on every so often, I did this and it helped.

Havent turned it off since around 30% though, Its on 79% now.

it will go just as fast if you have no games or apps running
