Since downloading windows 10 i have received many fps problems. I went from 130 to around 80 fps. What is causing this? Ill rep and maybe pay a key to a person that helped me fix it

open up task manager and have a look what processes are running in the background, i get bad frame lag when i try and stream

It's probably due to too many background programs running. Open up task manager and end all the running programs which you aren't using.
