The HD2600XT is not a CPU, it's a GPU, and it's almost 10 years old, so I'm assuming the CPU and RAM are just as old, so they'll also be hella out-dated. What's your storage situation like? What PSU and case have you got? They may be re-usable, everything else is going to be worth replacing, however.

Its quite a new case I think I'' take pictures of it all later as it has glass panels all around.
