What is your budget and currency? 790GBP
Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? No
What will you use the PC for? Gaming mostly.

I'm looking to order today or tomorrow as soon as I have decided on a solid build, thanks!

Why the H97 chipset with an unlocked CPU? And you'll need an aftermarket cooler if you want to overclock..

It may overclock like som B85 boards, but it was never designed to do so and because of that, the power to the CPU is not going to be as good as if it were Z97.
also a crap SSD..

What happened to these?

FYI, you can't overclock a 4690k on an H97, or B85 chipset motherboard. It's been unlocked before, by accident, but it always get's patched. Even if you do manage to do it, you won't be able to overclock properly, like you would with a Z97 chipset board(or Z87). TL;DR- Don't buy an unlocked CPU without a proper motherboard(Z series chipset).
There are also a few other issues, PSU, SSD and what not.

First one was including monitor which I have already purchased now, and budget is slightly changing each time, second you recommended I wait so I have done and for the third my friend has now bought his PC. I know I probably should've stuck with one topic but it gets annoying bumping the same topic with no reply, anyway I've ordered my PC this morning before a reply was posted because I was in a hurry but thanks for the help anyway.

No I didn't buy a pre-built one, I researched a bit and decided to build my own, I know it's probably not something that would be recommended and I know its not 'bang for buck' but I thought I'd experiment and create my own build and I can see how it works out for my entry build anyway. Constructive criticism would be appreciated and is fine but if people are going to flame it'd be appreciated if you didn't, I know if anything doesn't work out or if I could have got better deals it will be my fault, thanks.

Some parts were cheaper from Amazon such as the graphics card and SSD which I have Prime so I ordered everything to be delivered for tomorrow.
