I want to have silver hair. How many times should I bleach it to get there. I have asian black hair. I had bleached it 4x already and it won't get to white. Some parts are white, some are not. What to do?

I don't think TTG is the right place to ask, but here is a video from youtube explaining how to get nice looking silver hair.

Truly, follow his steps.

Not everyone's hair handles bleaching and dying the same way. Your hair color may never change to white like the way you want it. You shouldn't be dying or bleaching your hair anyways though, it's bad for your hair and it's follicles.

I would recommend not bleaching your hair or dying it, just leave it the way it is.

I don't understand why people color their hair, but to each their own. I personally don't like dyed hair.
