So today I woke up to a dead pc. I opened it and dusted it out untill it shined. Still It wouldn't boot. I tested the psu and I think that's the likely problem, however, I plugged everything back in and then switched the power switch in the back from 115 to 130 and the disk drive light comes on. It looks like its getting power and i can hear something buzzing. Any help?

EDIT: none of the fans are spinning once the dick tray led is flashing.

If you have another desktop PC you could always borrow the PSU from that to test the machine.

90% chance of it being your power supply, only way to really know is to try another one
