template sites are most likely going to have their stuff copyrighted. I highly doubt your image can look so similar and not be copied from the template

i didnt make the logo, i didnt even make half the designs man, i got people to help. like the traingle design with water colours, some guy from here, TTG made it for us.. well ima have to change it now aint i seen as its a template. GG
