I've added a HDMI to VGA 1 meter long cable. I think that will work okay. Aside from that do i have a full PC setup?

Not quite, but I will list what you have so far.

Your PSU comes with the cables needed to power your system, your case comes with the case cables to plug into the motherboard, you have the extra cable for HDMI to VGA, so you're good to go there.

However, you are missing a CPU cooler which is a must.

You are also missing case fans. Now your case should come with 1-2 by default, however you may want to add an extra 1-2 fans, if not more if you have a personal preference for fans.

The CPU comes with a stock cooler, he wont need one. The case fans should be enough has he will not be overclocking anything. As long as its in an open space he is fine.

OP: Why the 750ti?

You've just taken the rig I suggested and changed it to a worse GPU, worse case, worse monitor, and worse PSU for some reason, and it still costs more. Don't pay retail for your OS, it's such a waste. Either get it for free or buy a key from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] for ~£20.

I changed the case to match my room, I was told that the case wouldn't matter. The monitor was the same price but 3 inches bigger. I was told the GPU would perform better for an extra £10 or so, same with the PSU. G2A only offers windows 8.1, I had that on my laptop and its terrible. I'd rather get it for free but how do I do it?

The case doesn't matter as much, but the N200 is better than the Comrade. 260x>750Ti. Whoever told you the EVGA PSU and 750Ti were better, doesn't have a clue what they're talking about, because it's entirely false. G2A should have keys for Win7 and Win8.1, but it doesn't matter, you'll get a free upgrade to Win10 anyway.

Is Windows 10 better? Could you go and change the stuff you said was bad? Your most likely right, my friends like to thing they know stuff they don't :/. Thanks
