I haven't done any extensive modding just basic character editing but I'm sure it depends on what you're playing on, if you have a computer and what programs you use. If you have a jailbroken PS3 or a jtagged xbox 360 I'm sure the sky is the limit same on PC if you play offline or something (I don't watch or play anything on PC I'm not sure how modding the game works) no jtagged 360 you can use a usb to download characters off of modio and maybe you will get some modded weapons if your lucky but not sure how to do it myself. I don't know how to mod PS3 with a usb to hard for me. I'm trying to find a way to add cheated characters to my xbox one but I don't have a 360 currently so I don't know how that works yet.
