My pc was freezing and running slow so I turned it off and now when I turned it back on it was shpw the regular American megatrends screen. Now it shows my motherboard screen pops up and when windows would start normally it would freeze as the four colors would come together

That didnt work but thanks I did have a virus on my pc that would open up my web browser
And I tried everything else I have two hdds in my pc and want to format and put windows on to the second one
