Need something that'll stay cool and relatively quiet. I have the money to spend and I need something that will last several years. I'm between these two cards. I'll be doing multimedia work along with word processing etc and heavy gaming.

What resolution are you playing at? also what's the spec of your current system (include power supply make and model)

Grab the EVGA hybrid 980Ti
cheaper than Titan X and only loses 3-5fps over the X.

Just get a decent 980ti.

Not sure why you asked for help and then downvoted Alexyy when he gave you the help you needed.

Both the Titan X and 295x2 are a poor choice. Grab a 980Ti. Titan X is literally no improvement over 980Ti, other than the 12GB VRAM which does pretty much nothing anyway. 980Ti will out-perform a Titan X(for the most part) since it'll run cooler, and overclock better. When the Titan X out-performs the 980Ti, it'll be within a few %, next to nothing, definitely not worth the extra $300-$400.
