So, recently, I been playing a fair amount of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare with my girlfriend. And I have been doing very good, and she has been doing good herself, but she keeps saying that shes "Bad at the game" because I always come out above her on the leaderboards. So using some creativity, I have her account information and I am planning to surprise her with a montage of her best clips.

So I get on her account and I keep trying to load up Upload Studio to work on this, but keeps saying that I need to be connected to Xbox LIVE, which I know I am because it shows friends list, activity feed, ect. So I have tried doing the usual thing Xbox Support says to do (Unplug xbox, unplug cord from outlet, plug in cord to back of xbox and take it out 3x to get out all the power from the console), tried starting my router, my modem, and have disconnected from the Internet from my xbox also.

Any other suggestions? Would be appreciated if can have solution by 7-26-15 as its a good day that I could work on this. Thanks for all help
