My opinion would be up in the air on this one.
As I don't drive around listening to music with earbuds, I do drive a 155+ DB vehicle.
99% of people would consider this a major distraction.
I think it depends on the person behind the wheel. When I do drive I will be playing my music at an obnoxious level, but I don't drive like a pissed off teenager.
