Do you have mw2? If you do It's easy really, all u need is a USB pen, go on your computer and follow this tutorial :

Then download one of the menus in the description, u will then need to get in a CFG lobby, look out on the forums for anyone hosting, if they are, join and it there should be a checkerboard were the maps meant to be, leave, go to split screen, online unlocks on, start and once in game press select then your menu will be there
