What will the system be used for? Gaming/Streaming/Editing
Will you overclock CPU/GPU/both/neither? Both if possible
Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a mouse? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes
Will you get OS for free or do you need to pay for that? Pay for it.


Id prefer to stay towards the lower end of my budget, but am willing to spend up to $4k if that's what it takes to meet my PC needs. Thanks in advance!

Just for the operating system, if you insist on paying for it again, which i really dont believe in because if you bought a pc before you've bought the OS so I believe you own the rights too using it again on any system for future use, but G2A has windows 8 keys i seen for only 22$
