Hey guys I am wondering if this build can run games like GTA V at high settings 1080p around 45+ fps? Let me know, thanks!

I Use a FX-6300 and GTX 960 and have no issues running GTA on high.
Two of my friends have FX_4300's and 750Ti's and they run GTA fine also, you'll just need to crank down the filters and some settings to get smooth frames.
