i'm looking to buy an xbox one modded controller and got a couple questions about them.

1- where is the best place to buy one? i'd prefer paying around the $100 to $120 and nothing over.

2-once backwards compatibility is released, would an xbox one modded controller work on 360 games played on the emulator such as COD or battlefield?
