The tool says i need itunes drivers? this happened before and im not doing the downgrade of itunes again because it takes way too long. I cant connect to the taig website either. How will i jailbreak iphone 4s 8.4?

You could go to your control panel uninstall iTunes then re-install it and you'll have the newest Apple drive then you should be good to go. Pm me if you need further instructions
