My guitar hero explorer controller doesn't strum up. This isn't a physical problem, the game even recognizes it and makes the noise when I strum up, however it doesn't hit the note. Even in the main menu when I strum up the it does the same thing. Anyone have any advice? thanks.

Recalibrate the game, if that doesn't work it's the controller.
