I think you are also lower then 14% bodyfat you look around 10-12%. I recommend you start lifting weights, it will help you lose bodyfat and make you look bigger. You don't want to get too skinny, your at a good size to start bulking. To define your abs more, just do 3 sets of 3 core exercises like 3-4 days a week and you'll see them.

Here's my transformation(2 years of lifting weights):
Btw, I'm probably 5'8 and 160lbs in the first photo, now I'm 5'10 and 200lbs.

Easiest way to loose body fat is to run run run and of course do other cardio workouts.

I agree with Reverence though, your perfect build to bulk up and tone, instead of just getting abs, why not get abs, pecks and everything else that comes, Eat good foods and get into weight lifting.

The picture are telling me that you have done a good job.
But eating ONLY 600/800 calories a day, assuming that you are an adult, or close to being an adult, will not get you anywhere when it comes getting more marked.

Yeah by bulking I mean eating at a surplus. I usually eat around 3000 calories, PM me it'll be easier to talk through there. I can help you out.

Well I've never gotten fat because I have a high metabolism which means I burn fat faster than others. So if you do have a high metabolism that would definaltey help to know. But you can eat healthy while still gaining calories. Which won't affect your weight.

You seem to be in the same position I was once. I'm going to guess you are really insecure about any bit of fat on your body, you want to be as skinny as possible and don't care about bulk but removing any association the word fat has with you. I also understand that people telling you about how skinny you are doesn't hide the fact that your mind thinks you are fat.

Eventually I realized how serious the path I was following was going to be to my health. Over time, I snapped out of whatever trance I was in and so I can't tell you that any one thing will make you feel comfortable in your body. For me, doing workouts to improve my definition boosted my confidence, which helped.

Maybe I'm making the wrong assumption about you but in the case that I'm not I wanted this to be said.
