£30 over budget and it doesn't include shipping costs, so will be a tad more. Also doesn't include an HDD so you'd want to add one asap for mass storage. 100GB partition on the SSD for OS and C drive. 150GB partition for your favorite games/programs.

Just an option.

Little less expensive but the motherboard isn't as good. Mobo is mATX but will look fine in the S340, since it's an mATX board though, you could save even more on the case, if need be;

Also, take a look at the Bitfenix comrade. It's a mid sized ATX case for around the same price as the N200. I'd personally take the N200>Comrade but in all honesty, the comrade is still a decent case.

£90 minimum for an LGA1150 motherboard with SLI support. A good quality 620W unit would be enough for SLI 970s and an i5 rig, easily.

Not unless you will be overclocking. The stock cooler will be fine.

Stock cooler is fine, but it's ugly so you should replace it when you can. If you don't care, then it'll be fine to leave the stock cooler on but if you can swap it out for one of these;

It'll improve noise, and aesthetics.
