I've seen people on Gta 5 with there player as lvl 8000
There was also people on Advance warfare who had god mode.
I had looked up if you can downgrade ps4 or jailbreak and no answer.

no and im glad you cant people who mod are either rude as f*ck or just plain annoying there are some modders who are fun i like the nice ones but no theres no mods on ps4

Currently it is ps3 and then these people would just transfer their profile over onto their ps4 and play from there.

I haven't heard anything on a jailbreak however i'm pretty sure a team is working on a way to jailbreak one as we type
