I wouldn't advise on buying a pre-built. I recommend building your own PC. You will get much more for your money.

We have plenty of people that will help you in the PC Building forum. Just be sure to include your budget, all that you need, and to mention what you will be using it for and they will help you get the most out of your money!

If you are using a PC just for CS:GO, then there is no need to spend that much money. But to answer your question, yes, this will run CS:GO fine. You can easily build your own PC for $500 that will be able to handle CS:GO just as good as that one. As Mark said, check out the PC Building Forum. If you are buying any pre-built PC, you will be wasting money.

If you think you will struggle or not be able to build your own PC, that prebuilt one will run it fine.

I wouldn't advise it, I paid the same price for a laptop with higher specs, my laptop has 12.0 GB ram and an i7 with nvidia graphics card, build one to your standards.
