I didn't watch the videos, but based on the comments here I wouldn't.

That's exactly what it is. It's one of these kids who thinks they know the law and want to flex their little muscle.

Just doing a little research, I would encourage all of you who signed and now regret that, take your name off the list. All you have to do is the following.

if you must know he's technically my son my girlfriend had him in her previous realationship. The fact you are a stoner and so much of the footage is lacking real evidence will work against you, but hey im sure a petition in a court of law will help :S

Lying about what exactly please give me an insight on where im lying and what laws were im wrong. Maybe section 13 of the criminal procedures act might help?. It's lacking more footage due to the police officer covering the phone with his hand which you can clearly see in the video. Another officer also knocked the phone out of his hand, and to top it all off, the police seized the CCTV footage which was right under were the incident happened (the cameras under the doors)

See I think He is the Boy (or friend) in the video but if he posted "Sign this petition of Me getting F**ked up by police" ... because I/He was obviously trying to not co-operate and "ended up getting put on my ass"
instead expected more sympathy from saying it as a "parent" about a 15 y/o boy (him) gets assaulted for a reason he most probably was involved with. but they cant prove it anyway but makes it sound more convincing if its a parent.

In the laws eye he had every right to walk away. You cannot watch the video and not feel sympathy for the boy
