I need help on re-building this computer it does have Windows XP and want to replace the processor to i5, and eventually turn this computer to a gaming computer. I already have an Alienware, but I just want this one to take to college and so on, I generally need help on getting the right parts to get a correct build.
My Budget right now is 500 dollars and soon to have more once I work a couple more weeks. Please help me.

Its not worth the money to rebuild the e310 you will have to buy everything motherboard, cpu, ram, case, etc. You are better off building a new pc than replacing the parts.
