Jeff Gordon is bringing back his iconic rainbow paint scheme at Bristol!

Jeff Gordon won three championships racing with his original Rainbow Warrior paint scheme,
but its been more than a decade since the four-time champion changed designs.
For his final race at Bristol Motor Speedway in August,
Gordon is bringing back the rainbow No. 24 car one last time.

Hopefully Gordon decided to bring back his mustache as well.

Gordon told CBS This Morning that the fans are the main reason the historical
car is making its comeback. He drove the original,
by DuPont Performance Coatings, from his very first start in NASCAR
in 1992 through his 2000 season.

The reason were bringing it out is because Twitter, Facebook, social media, they want this car out on the track, so its exciting for them, exciting for us and for me to get to drive it again.

Chevy in a gay pride paint job. Nothing unusual here.

Just kidding, I had to lol. Hopefully he can pull it off this year.

I've been a fan since I was born.

I cant believe he is bringing his old scheme back.

I love it! I cant believe he is retiring though. It wont be the same.
