Most of the time rats aren't picked up from antivirus's. Hence why when you run the app you don't get a security breach notification or whatever malwarebytes does. The best thing to do would be to refresh your computer to an earlier date, maybe when you last updated your computer or installed a big program. Do a quick search on google to see how to refresh your computer.

this has happened to me before, just remove the virus with virus protection and delete what you recently downloaded.

Well it pretty simple there may be someone hacking you're camera. Look up on YouTube and you will see they can do whatever they want basically.
