My PC was performing completely normal until the other day. I was getting extremely low FPS in all games and I had to restart my computer over and over until I got normal fps. So I reinstalled Windows and I am still getting below 20fps on games like Arma, Battlefield, and benchmarks. I also noticed I am getting high DPC Latency or whatever that means. Few audio cracking here and there as well. Drivers are all up to date.
